Based on our experience it is best to talk directly to one of the members of our team to gather more information on your needs. We then work hard to come up with creative solutions to design and build homes that fit our client’s needs and budget.
No, we work on a lump sum contract meaning our price is our price. You can sleep easy knowing that our pricing doesn’t change once you sign a contract with us to build your dream home and that there will be no unexpected costs that come up. The only way the price can go up or down are on allowance items (Flooring, Fixtures etc.) that you have control over when making selections.
We can finish majority of the homes that we build between 6-9 months. The size and scope of a project can dictate how long it will take to build.
Yes, we know that when building your dream home, you will want to make changes during the process. When one of our clients wants to make a change, we provide an estimate for the work requested. Once it has been approved, we then send out a Change Order form with the details discussed to be signed. This will be done before any materials are ordered or work is completed to keep everyone on the same page!
No, we require that all our clients get a construction loan for financing of the project. We have relationships with a few local lenders that we can help get you in contact with.
No, we provide a Builder’s Risk Insurance policy for the construction of the home.
Yes, we include a 1/2/10 StrucSure home warranty on top of our one year warranty that we provide.
We recommend that you contact FGB or another reputable builder to make sure the site is buildable before closing on that property!
